01. How can I sign up?
You can become a member by signing up or registering.
From the Home Page, click "New Member".
Then follow the instructions and complete the registration information.
02. How do I edit my membership?
You can change your membership by editing your informaion on the My Page.
03. How can I change my password or user name?
You can change your password on "My Page", but you can't change your username.
04. I forgot my password!
Click on Login the below "Forgot your password" menu, and You can find your password to input your User Name, E-Mail address.
05. I forgot my user name!
Click on Login the below "Forgot your user name" menu, and You can find your user name to input your First name, E-Mail address.
06. How do I purchase YooHoo & Friends plush?
Click on "Where to buy" to go to our online store or find a local retailer near you.
07. How often is YooHoo & Friends site updated?
The website is updated monthly. To be the first one to get updates on the latest product news, games, events, downloads, and many more, join YooHoo Fan Clubs on Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace. Click on "YooHoo Fun Zone" to find more information.
08. How do I change my pet?
Once you chose a pet, you will not be able to change your pet selection. If you wish to adopt another pet or change a pet, you can register under New Member with a different user ID under the same email address.
09. Can I have more than one pet?
Not at this time, however by making another user ID using the same email address you can create a new pet. Simply click on New Member and register yourself as a new member with a different ID. Make sure to keep the email address the same in case you lose your user ID and password. Select another pet under the new ID and start building your pet?셲 room & play to get Green points!
10. I did not receive an email with verification code. What do I do?
Please check your spam mail to see if you have received any email from yoohoofriends.com. If not, please contact us at info@yoohoofriends.com
11. How can I see how many Green points I have?
Each new member will be given 500 Green points upon registration. If you haven?셳 played any games or taken a quiz to earn Green points, your Green points will remain as 500. Simply click on My Room and see your character information. It will show the type of pet you adopted and your Green point status. Remember, you must be logged in to collect Green Points.
12. Do I have to be a member to play the games?
Yes. Registration to yoohoofriends.com is free and does not require any activation code for entry. You will still have access to click on YooHoo & Friends and learn about the animals that they are based upon, but you must register yourself to adopt a pet, play games and download any activities in Fun Zone. You must be logged in to collect Green Points.
